Missing: State Police Issue Alert For Area High School Student, 16

An area high school student has gone missing and New York State Police are asking the public's help in locating her.

Karen Mejia Caceres, 16, was last seen at Brewster High School on Monday, Dec. 3. She is bused on school days from her residence in Hyde Park, but did not return to Hyde Park on Monday, police said.

She is approximately 5-feet tall and weighs 95 pounds. No additional information of her description was available.
